Who has this plan been designed for?
This plan has been designed for the woman whose time is very valuable or limited and is only able to devote two or three hours per week to exercise. She is the type of woman who understands that health and fitness should not be neglected no matter how many demands there are in her life. She wants her fitness to be properly assessed, an individualized program designed for her that will efficiently progress her towards her goals, her trainer waiting for her when she arrives and see measurable results on a regular basis. She has no desire to participate in group classes, attempt to exercise on her own (possibly been there, done that) as she wants everything focused on her getting results!
How does this plan differ from our full access membership options?
It is a personal training exclusive option for the woman who does not want unlimited access to the club. The results based Pro Fitness Program™ is the focal point of this plan. Participants are given a comprehensive 90 minute fitness consultation and full assessment and then based on their specific goals, are presented with a course of action that will lead them toward their goals. They are then reassessed three more times over the course of the year to ensure the course of action they are following is progressing them towards those desired results. Should modifications to the course of action be necessary, they are done so at the conclusion of the reassessments. Since this is a limited access plan, there are no monthly membership dues and no time commitment. The member has access to the facility strictly when she is meeting with her trainer.
