Spinning utilizes intense, sprint-like intervals interspersed with periodic lower-intensity rest intervals to keep your heart rate churning and your muscles burning. This high intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the most effective ways to maximize strength and endurance gains, as well as fat loss.
PUMPS boasts 36 brand new spinning bikes so that you can get lost in the pack and concentrate on making it through that one last sprint uphill. The rest of your cohort, your motivational instructor, and lively music will pump you up so that completing this grueling workout will be the achievement of your week.
